Seeppu seedai Flour ( ready mix,) is traditionally made in the proper ratio. Seeppu Seedai can be made easily at home. Add salt and diluted warm coconut milk to this ready mix flour to make a thick dough and make tiny comb-shaped rings to fry in hot oil,  otherwise fill in the Seeppu plated press to make yummy Seeppu Seedai. Kutti seedai/Sinna seedai

In the same flour, add roasted channa dal flour little, (Chutney kadalai mavu) and warm diluted coconut milk to make more crispy seedai.

The proper ratio of Rice, and roasted Urad dal flour.
