Traditional sweet Adhirasam ancestral method of preparation from the kitchens of Chettinad. Fresh ground rice flour is gradually mixed with one string of jaggery syrup cooked to the consistency to make patties then goldenly deep-fried. Though this sweet is made with very few ingredients, it has a complex technique of preparing the dough to have the feel of a traditional taste. 24 pieces for one kilo approximately.
Shelf life: 5 to 10 days
Ingredients: Rice, jaggery, ghee, and Sunflower oil for deep fry.
Storage guide line- Keep in a clean container closed. If it is kept open there are chances to get dry on the upper layer.
