Traditional sweet Adhirasam ancestral method of preparation from the kitchens of Chettinad. Fresh ground rice flour is gradually mixed with one string of jaggery syrup cooked to the consistency to make patties then goldenly deep-fried. Though this sweet is made with very few ingredients, it has a complex technique of preparing the dough to have the feel of a traditional taste. 24 pieces for one kilo approximately.
Shelf life: 5 to 10 days
Ingredients: Rice, jaggery, ghee, and Sunflower oil for deep fry.
Storage guide line- Keep in a clean container closed. If it is kept open there are chances to get dry on the upper layer.

The taste of the adhirasam and ribbon pakoda were excellent - ribbon was thin, crispy, with right amount of chilli; Adhirasam was filling, quantity per piece was good.
The thinai laddi - we were trying for the first time, And while the taste was good, the texture of the laddu was not a personal favourite.
Point of Concern: The weight of laddus was less than what we paid for - we paid for 500 gms and got 400 - 410 gms - this was weighed with the box. Sending a WhatsApp message has not resulted in any response or acknowledgement!
Suggestion for improvement: Ensure the laddus can be packed into smaller boxes; possibility with partitions.
What we received - the laddu boxes were too big in size and did not have any partitions - so most of the laddus disintegrated in transit.
