Some items good some not, Packaging & Communication requires much improvement

Thenkuzhal very good, Perandai murukku just okay, Managolam does not taste good, Laddu not bad but requires improvement.
Not much issue with the quality ingredients. Perandai murukku batter seems to be inferior to Thenkuzhal batter. Laddu oily.
Customer support over whatsapp is very poor. Overall packaging for a business is very poor. No professional sense in packaging, although packaging charges are high.
