Main ingredients used:

Hand-picked lemon, good quality Garlic pods, sweet (jaggery), and salt, are sauteed in pure sesame oil and spiced with fresh ground roasted spices. The recipe followed our ancestral method of Garlic pickle preparation.  No added preservatives or artificial colors. lemon and salt here as natural preservatives. Made with special care.

Awesome Combination:

Plain cooked rice, Roti,  variety rice, and curd rice

Spoiled within a week!

pickle was okay. But it got spoiled and noticed fungus frowth within a week!

Once you open the pickle bottle, it should be kept in the refrigerator. We don't add any preservatives or artificial colour to extend its shelf-life at room temperature. We have mentioned that in the description box. Do not use a wet spoon or keep it open unnecessarily. It is purely home made.
