I recently ordered sweets from your company to Bangalore and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite paying ₹595 as shipping charges, the packaging was very poor — the laddoos were completely powdered upon arrival, and one of the items was missing.
Unfortunately, I had to accept the parcel as I didn’t have time to return it and wait for a replacement. However, I would strongly recommend improving your packaging standards for out-of-state deliveries.
When sending parcels to other states, please ensure the packaging is double-layered and protective, using thermocol sheets, bubble wrap, or sturdy plastic boxes, especially for delicate sweets. Using thin carton boxes suitable only for local deliveries is not acceptable for long-distance shipping.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as your products have potential — but the delivery experience and packaging quality seriously affect customer satisfaction.
