Small onion, Urad dal Vadagam/Kari Vadagam flavourful vadagam, aromatic with mild spice and chopped Onion shallots.

Onion shallots, Urad Batter, cumin, javarisi, salt and chilli are the ingredients.

Method to prepare:

Shallow fry on medium flame to light brown, crispy vadagam to have as a side dish along with your main meal. Aromatic and crispy.
