Unique preparation of Chettinad Kai Murukku /செட்டிநாட்டு கை முறுக்கு
The flawless shape of this Kai murukku is one of the Chettinad specialties. This is our pride to serve this snack as a gift to our guests during functions and marriages. Purely handmade to deep fry this crunchy bite of a tasty snack. Hand-pound rice flour/urad flour is the base ingredient to get white texture, fried in vegetable oil. Mild snack with salt added to taste. We have flawless 4, 5, 7, 9, and 11 circles in a flat shape and basket-shaped. A combination to serve can be Manaholam.
