Perandai is the shape of a Perandai creeper plant which has its edges 4 lines twisted, or as tyre shape we give that shape to the murukku. It has a mild taste and a good combination of Adhirasam.
Ingredients: Rice and Urad and Sunflower oil are the main ingredients, and salt for the taste enhancer.
