Mavurundai Mavu

Roasted moong dal - 1. Roast Dal to Golden yellow on a medium flame to get roasted evenly and ground to a fine powder.

2.  Powdered sugar added in a perfect ratio which enhances the taste.

3. Just add warm ghee and preferable quantity of Mavurundai mix into it, then make it to a small ball, enjoy whenever you like to have fresh from your container.
