Matured Sugarcane is harvested, sugarcane is crushed in a Mechanical crusher and juice is filtered and filled in a large flat pan and fired with wood and dried sugarcane after juice extraction, the juice is stirred continuously during boiling to get a thick consistency, it takes almost 3hours, once ready the thick mixture is poured in a large wooden pan of size 6feet x 10feet allowed to cool slightly and then made oval shape by hand, then allowed to cool for two-three days before packed, Jaggery widely available in the Market and stores are Chemically bleached and are Yellow or bright orange in color.
This Jaggery is prepared with all-natural ingredients, only filtered lime (Sunnambu) water is used to clear all the residue when boiling.

How it is healthy?
No added chemicals, or preservatives are used in this preparation method. Rich in Iron.

Shelf life is 3months, store in a cool and dry place.
